ABOUT ENESPRO

Enespro PPE was founded in 2018 by highly experienced professionals with long careers in the electrical safety industry. Why? Because electrical personal protective equipment (PPE) hadn’t changed in decades. We knew we could do better.

Our development process started with extensive market research with electrical and safety professionals, who confirmed what we already knew: Traditional electrical PPE is heavy, hot and uncomfortable. It’s hard to put on and take off. It slows you down. Makes the job harder. And it stinks.

Until now. We are Enespro, and we’re proud to present a new generation of USA-made electrical PPE designed to actually make your job easier and, even more important, safer.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is simple but powerful: to make electrical workers safer and improve the PPE user experience through industry collaboration and continuous innovation.

OUR VALUES

We founded our company on a set of shared beliefs and priorities that unite us around what’s most important in our work:

ABSOLUTE INTEGRITY.

We bring honesty and respect to all our interactions. We always say what we mean and mean what we say. When we say we will do something, we do it. No excuses. No shortcuts.

ASK, LISTEN AND LEARN.

Active listening is key to collaboration. And collaboration is key to true leadership, meaningful results and lasting relationships. We focus first on learning about our customer’s challenges and problems. Then we develop solutions to solve them.

WORK TO WIN.

We are not in business to be in second place. We’re here to be the best in the industry at what we do, in everything we do, every single day. By extension, we’re here to help our customers win—by achieving their full potential, safely, every day.

ALWAYS FORWARD.

We are never satisfied. We are in constant pursuit of higher levels of product innovation, service and quality. We know we can always improve, and we are always looking for new opportunities to do it.
